“We contain Multitudes.”

My Journey with Sound

For the past few years, I have been on an ongoing journey with sound, music and plant medicine. I’m continuously exploring further how these elements can assist us in bringing us back to our own centre.

I come from a scientific academic background, which has shaped my understanding of how vibration works on a physical level and continues to deepen my fascination with how it interacts with the human body:

How a single tone can deepen your breath, soften your body, and help you reconnect to the parts of yourself that you may have forgotten.

Training & Coninuous Learning

Alongside my personal journey with sound and resonance, I am formally trained.
I place great value on ongoing education and professional development, and I regularly take new advanced trainings to deepen my understanding and refine my personal practices. I see it as essential to always keep learning. Not only because this work keeps evolving, but also because I believe there is no such thing as the perfect sound bath. Every person in front of me is a whole new and unique journey about to unfold in that very moment.

Thus, my work continuous to grow through study, experience, and new insights, and therefore my sessions naturally evolve with me. I hope to never stop learning, so I can continue striving to bring the best grounded guidance in every space I hold.

My work

In my sound sessions, I invite you to slow down, soften, and sink into a space where you can meet yourself again, just as you are.

My intention is always simple:
To help you drop a little deeper, open a little more, and (re)connect to your own limitless self.

    Group Sessions

I offer sound baths for a wide range of groups and settings. This includes my own events and gatherings, where I create a calm and spacious environment for collective rest.

I also facilitate sound sessions for elderly residents in care homes, adapting the experience to meet the needs and sensitivities of each group.

Additionally, I provide supportive sound baths during medicine ceremonies.

If you’re interested in hosting a sound bath for a small group, a private gathering, or within your organisation, you’re welcome to reach out.

Rates vary depending on the size of the group, location, and the nature of the request.

  • A collection of singing bowls, percussion mallets, a black meditation cushion, and scarves on a decorative area rug, with gongs and cushions in the background.

    Event Sessions

I also bring sound baths to festivals, gatherings, and other large-scale events. In these settings, I create grounding experiences designed to offer a moment of calm within a lively environment.

I work with organisers to shape the session to the atmosphere and intention of the event.

For bookings, collaborations, or inquiries, you’re welcome to reach out. I’m happy to discuss your event, group, or space and explore what kind of sound experience would fit best.

  • I like to refer to my work as sound baths, rather than sound healing. While I do deeply believe in the potential of sound and vibration to support relaxation, regulation, and personal healing processes, I do not like to position myself as a healer or claim to heal anything in you. I see it as my role to create a safe, intentional space where sound and resonance can be experienced. What that experience brings up, heals, supports, or shifts is something only you can feel and define for yourself.

  • You don’t need to bring anything in particular. You’re welcome exactly as you are in that moment. I do recommend wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully relax. If there’s a blanket or pillow you feel especially attached to, you’re very welcome to bring it along. That said, my space is already equipped with blankets, pillows, and everything needed to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the session.

  • During a sound bath, you are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while I work with different sound instruments and tones. The session is designed to support slowing down, softening, and turning inward. You don’t need to do anything actively. Simply listen and be.

  • No experience is needed. Sound baths are accessible to everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’re familiar with meditative or somatic practices.

  • Experiences differ from person to person. Some people feel deeply relaxed or rested, others feel more clear, emotional, or grounded. I’d say leave all your expectations outside the door and just be open to the experience. There is no “right” outcome. Whatever arises is welcome.

  • Yes, and I’d always encourage you to share this beforehand. I work attentively and can adjust volume, pacing, or instrument choice when needed.
